Falguni Shane Peacock is a brand synonymous with all things bold, over-the-top, and extravagant, and their collaborative collection with Lufthansa Airlines for FDCI X Lakmē Fashion Week 2025 was no different. The aspiring collection—Ashen Roses—was inspired by the untamed spirit of Falguni Shane Peacock’s panther logo.
The elaborative edit combined two crucial characteristics of the panther—power and fluidity. Second-skin bodysuits, embellished statement jackets, sculpted coats and beaded gowns took centre stage, showcasing cutting-edge craftsmanship and silhouettes with a modern edge.

The stage at the closing night of the 25th Lakmē Fashion Week witnessed some high-octane glamour as the revered designer duo Falguni and Shane Peacock showcased their latest collection—Ashen Roses.
The gorgeous Tamanna Bhatia opened the show dressed in tailored black pants and a cropped black blazer styled with a hand-sculpted, bejewelled, metallic bustier capturing the true essence of the collection. The embellished bustier featured carvings of India’s rich floral details and was encrusted with Swarovski, diamonds, stones and fine crystals and a signature FSP buckle.
The collection showcased the brand’s hallmark elements—high glamour, bold silhouettes and detailed embellishments—with an edgy twist. From the embroidery to the shape and curves, every detail in the collection conformed to the brand’s signature style but with a futuristic feel.
The extravagant collection showcased sculpted silhouettes, cropped coats, bejewelled corsets, bustier sequinned dresses with fringe and appliqué detailing, tailored trousers, embellished jackets, studded bralettes, skirts with sheer detailing and fringe coats in a vibrant array of neutral and galactic hues.
Since the collection showcased uber-glamorous outfits with ingenious silhouettes, who better than Karan Johar to conclude the show? The legendary director and producer walked the runway for the closing act, dressed in tailored black trousers, a sheer, bedazzled shirt and a statement black blazer with flower appliqué and fabric fringe detailing.
